.: OPE is a yearly conference that is held at UW Oshkosh. It is a place where institutions from all over the country come to interview candidates from all over the country for various positions. Attended by some 200 employers and 600 candidates, it is the largest job fair for those involved with residence life departments.
.: As the one of the designers on the OPE team, I'm responsible for the layout of the website. Each year, to indicate the start of the registration period, the OPE site gets a face lift. I am given the new OPE logo from another designer on the team and the year's colour scheme. I then have to make their web presence match the printed media. The other designers as well as the OPE staff itself, change from |  | year to year, making some years easier to create a flow compared to other years. OPE is always a challenge, but always exciting.
